The choices available to rent in Bangkok have never been so varied and deep. From north to south, west to east, there is something out there to suit all tastes. Whatever your preference may be, let’s take a closer look at some of the locations, and what they can offer in Bangkok.

Probably the most well-known area of Bangkok. Sukhumvit has become especially popular for ex-pats and young professionals climbing the proverbial ladder. It’s diverse range of nightlife spots, dining options longer than you can care to imagine, places to spend all your hard-earned cash in a fancy shopping centre, not to mention the easy and convenient access to both the BTS Skytrain and MRT Subway makes Sukhumvit an outstanding option if you are looking for a condos for rent in Bangkok.

Similarly to Sukhumvit, Silom is also now popular amongst ex-pats and young professionals. Silom has developed a reputation for it’s plentiful dining options, vibrant street markets and a very lively nightlife atmosphere. Within Silom is also a host of international companies and embassies, which may add to the convenience level for certain individuals.

Thonglor is on the more ‘upscale’ level, coming through as a trendy neighbourhood. Fancy bars, restaurants and nightlife venues provide a different kind of feel and is enjoyed by those who enjoy the area’s cosmopolitan lifestyle, combined with its unique vibrancy.

Bangkok Riverside

The riverside area provides a different feel from the hustle and bustle, noise and chaos of the city centre. With its beautiful scenery and tranquil environment, Bangkok Riverside provides you with amazing views of the Chao Praya River, rivalling any beauty spot in the area. Along with that, the river itself provides great dining options on its famous boats, sightseeing and it’s a great mode of transport.

Known for its high-rise condos, various international company HQs and beautiful hotels, Sathorn offers something different. It is also a great place if you prefer the quieter, more peaceful way of living, and has lots of residential areas too. It also has great access to all the amenities you need and to the central business district.

Being located on the outskirts of the city gives Bangna a distinctly different feeling. With it being quieter and more suburban, it could be seen as a great place in which to rent for families. The fact that the traffic noise and those dreaded Bangkok traffic jams are nowhere near as bad as some of the other, more central areas is a huge upside. Bangna offers a huge range of condominium options while being more affordable than the bulk of the areas within the city.

With so many options available within Bangkok, from the bustling city centre to the more peaceful riverside and suburban areas, Bangkok surely has something to offer everyone, whatever the renter is looking for.
